I had a heart attack 1 and a half months ago and this is what the doctors said on the subject of me riding:
The boss doctor in the hospital said the only reason not to ride was the anticoagulant medicine I was taking - If I fall off I might bleed to death.
The family doctor didn't approve but didn't give any real aguments.
A doctor that's been helping me lose weight said I should ride the Savage as soon as possible. In my case it is as good as meditating - it keeps me calm. This guy is a surgeon and the president of the association of accident/emergency doctors in Switzerland and he *knows* bike accidents!!
I tell people, as you do, that you have to go sometime and this is not the riskiest thing I do.
I know I'm invisible and I don't trust cagers even if they look at me and I have fitted a pair of ships horns that have been known to stop a 40 Ton truck!
